Stop Junk Food
Although people are having more discussions about changing the food they eat, they are finding it hard to do so. When is the last time you said you were changing your eating habits and actually did it? The number one excuse I hear over and over again is, “I’m so busy, fast food is a much quicker option.”
If you don't have time to eat right, do you at least have time to exercise! You guessed it the answer is no! Whether it is spending 30 minutes a day exercising, or skipping the long line at your favorite fast food spot to eat a sandwich or the lunch you brought from home! We just won't do it!
And what's sad is that even though Mexico just recently surpassed the U.S. as the most obese country, we don’t fall far behind. What this tells me is that half of Americans have gotten complacent with the infamous, “I wish I had more time.” Very rarely do I watch television, but when I do, I still come across all of these commercials advertising fast food as your best option for lunch.
